Quad XLT 180
SeriesQUAD XLT 180 Series : The XLT is designed for those who crave big terrain and big air. The Quake's completely redesigned frame features an updated hydroformed tubeset, 3D forged one piece ISCG-05 BB shell and internal bearing 1.5' headtube. The suspension has been re-tuned to provide 180mm of efficient pedaling performance. The leverage ratio is less progressive giving better terrain sensitivity in the mid to late stroke while still resisting bottoming on big drops while a lower bottom bracket height increases stability at higher speed. The linkage arrangement has been modified to allow better pedaling performance in smaller front chainrings, making the 2010 Quake truly 'Hammerschmidt Compatible'. Like the Quad XC and Quad Trail series, the linkages have been redesigned giving a narrower profile between the legs.
