The 5th and final community meeting regarding the Stafford Lake Bike Park is scheduled for Monday, April 25th. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:30pm and is expected to run until 9pm. It will be held in the Community Room at the Margaret Todd Community Center in Novato, CA (map). It’s a great project to develop the 14.1 acres that are part of the Stafford Lake County Park that were allocated for the development of a bike park as part of the county park.
Representatives from Hilride Development Group, the company that has been developing the master plan for the bike park in conjunction with Marin County Parks & Open Space, will be presenting 90% Master Plan at the meeting. One can only assume that the Master Plan is 90% so as to allow for revisions from the feedback that they receive at this planning meeting. So be sure to leg on over to the Margaret Todd Community Center after you’ve done your Monday night grocery shopping so we can get our new bike park dialed.
