Mountain Bike Action just finished reviewing the new Mount Vision 5.9 with much acclaim! The review will be published in the January issue hitting news stands soon. “Racebike-like snap under acceleration” and “….complete control when descending…” are a few credits they gave to the bike that won the Bike of The Year award from “What Mountain Bike” magazine in Europe.
For 2009 the entire Quad XC series receives a few refinements to further enhance the series’s trail capabilities. Geometry has been given slight tweaks with a slightly lower bottom bracket height as well as a half degree slacker head tube angle to offer greater stability in rough terrain and steep descents. The 5.8 and 5.9 receive durable anodized finishes while the 5.9 is outfitted with an all new carbon swingarm, saving over 400 grams! Read the whole review here!
