Technology

Five Frame Sizes
The Four Corners is available in five frame sizes to fit riders 4’11 to 6’4” without compromise. For proper fit and bike handling sizes XS and S use 650B wheels, sizes M, L, and XL use 700C.

Bottle / Gear Mounts
New for 2018 are fork leg bottle or accessory cage mounts, along with traditional front triangle bottle mounts (three on sizes M-XL, two on XS-S) for up to six bottle cage mounts total.

Fender / Rack Mounts
The Four Corners has separate fender and rack mounts on both the frame and fork to fit a variety of aftermarket accessories securely and without interference with one another.

Steel is Real
The Four Corners uses a double butted and formed 4130 CrMo frame specially tuned for loaded touring with upright geometry for comfortable and efficient all-day rides.

Disc Brakes
Disc brakes provide smooth, controlled stopping in all conditions with minimal maintenance.
Reviews
-
"If you’re a commuter or utility rider who wants to do some touring on the weekends, the Four Corners is solid candidate. With a change of tires it’s also a capable dirt-road explorer. A few short years ago a bike of this caliber this would have sold for much more. But despite its base-level designation, the Four Corners performs well above its price point. It’s so capable, in fact, that I often found myself inadvertently comparing it to bikes retailing for $500-$1000 more. Sure, those more expensive bikes might be a little lighter, and come spec’d with fancier components, but the Four Corners gives up nothing when it comes to function and versatility."
-
"If you appreciate an upright, comfort-oriented geometry, plus the ability to run big tires, the 2018 Marin Four Corners certainly looks like a good value."
-
"The mark of a good adventure bike is how easily it can go from dirt roads and gravel paths to the city streets of a daily commute. Marin's Four Corners bike is optimized for comfortable multi-terrain touring, with a long, tall frame that steers slowly and has extra braze-ons for storing cargo without sacrificing balance and speed."
-
"Four Corners is a recommendable, very attractive price and universal expedition bike."
-
"The Four Corners is a comfy, fun bike to ride over all terrains, equally at home loaded up with touring/bikepacking bags as it is at home on the daily commute."
-
"The Four Corners is a bikepackers dream"
-
"We’ve really enjoyed our time with the Four Corners, it’s a lot of fun, if not super-quick. It is ideal for touring or commuting duties."
