“Win A Marin” Competition Terms and Conditions - UK

This competition is being run by Marin Mountain Bikes UK Ltd

By entering the competition, you are agreeing to the following competition terms and conditions.

Eligibility to enter

The Promotion is open to all residents in the UK aged over 18 or with the consent of a parent or guardian aged over 18. Employees and partners of Marin Mountain Bikes UK Ltd are unable to enter the competition.

The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary

Only one entry/submission is allowed per person and entries can only be accepted via the official entry format.

How to enter

To enter the competition, the individual must follow the instructions on the website competition form and/or social media competition form, ticking the 'enter competition' box and carrying out all instructions to completion.

Entries are accepted from 09:00 on Monday 1st July until 23:59 on Monday 30th September 2024. With the winner being drawn and announced within 7 days of the closing date.

Any entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.

Every entry will become property of Marin Mountain Bikes UK Ltd

Marin Mountain Bikes UK Ltd won’t accept responsibility for lost or undelivered entries.

The Prize

A winner will be picked using a random process from eligible entrants

The competition prize is a Marin bike of the winner’s choice that meets the following criteria

If the prize is declined, the winner cannot take up the prize or be contacted within a reasonable time, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be drawn at our discretion

Competition prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winners are contacted via email and have 14 days to accept the prize
